Trias Solutions, LLC, part of St. Paul’s Senior Services, is dedicated to helping new and existing PACE programs succeed. Founded to meet the needs of a growing population of low-income seniors, Trias Solutions provides full-service management and support so PACE programs can launch, grow, and thrive.
St. Paul’s Senior Services is a not-for-profit organization whose mission is to “Lead the transformation of the aging experience.” In San Diego, St. Paul’s operates St. Paul’s PACE, serving over 1,400 participants across three centers and one alternative care site, along with three senior living communities offering independent living, assisted living, memory care, and skilled nursing.
Today, Trias Solutions partners with four PACE centers and one alternative care setting, supporting nearly 1,800 participants across California and Colorado. Services include operational and financial management, claims administration, quality and compliance oversight, and support for PACE’s interdisciplinary team model of care.
Trias Solutions also welcomes partnerships through joint ventures, acquisitions, and management services helping expand the reach and impact of PACE nationwide.

George has 15 years of Health Care experience with oversight in Financial Planning & Analysis, Accounting, Claims Processing, Revenue Cycle, Accounts Payable, Payroll, Health Plan, and Contracting.
